Michael Jung

Michael Jung is currently the Secretary at Destination Imagination. Michael previously served as a Dallas City Plan & Zoning Commissioner from January 2015 to December 2017. Prior to that, they were a Law Clerk to Hon. Patrick E. Higginbotham at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas from October 1979 to October 1980. Michael Jung began their professional career as a Technical Staff at Charles Stark Draper Laboratory from June 1975 to August 1976 where they did computer analysis of reentry guidance for the Space Shuttle Orbital Flight Test.

Michael Jung studied mathematics and earth & planetary science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they earned two S.B. degrees. Michael then attended Harvard Law School, where they earned a J.D. degree. After law school, they became certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in civil appellate law.
