Jeffrey Halverson

Jeffrey Halverson is an experienced executive with a background in retail and operations. Jeffrey currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Destination Pet, LLC, overseeing a team of more than 2,200 employees. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President Operations at Advance Auto Parts. Jeffrey has also served as the Vice President Field Operations at CosmoProf Beauty and as the VP of Personnel Planning & Experience at H&R Block. Earlier in their career, they held various leadership roles at Ulta Beauty, Icebreaker, Talbots, Old Navy, and Eddie Bauer. Throughout their career, Jeffrey has demonstrated expertise in driving operational excellence, improving customer experience, and implementing strategic initiatives.
