Kathryn Smith

Kathryn Smith currently serves as the Director of DVM Recruitment at Destination Pet, LLC, since February 2021. Prior to this role, Kathryn held various positions in talent acquisition at multiple veterinary centers, including Innovetive Petcare from 2018 to February 2021, where focus was on DVM acquisitions for general practice and specialty. Kathryn also contributed talent acquisition efforts for the Animal Emergency & Specialty Centers in Knoxville and Chattanooga, as well as the Veterinary Referral Hospital of Hickory between 2018 and 2020. Earlier experience includes working as a Talent Relations Partner at Pathway in 2017 and serving as a Veterinary Hospital Administrator in the Austin, TX area from 1996 to 2017, managing both corporate and private practices.
