Sophia Hyder Hock

Sophia Hyder Hock is currently the Chief Inclusion Officer at Destinations International. Prior to this role, Sophia was the Founder/CEO of Papilia LLC, where Sophia specialized in diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. With extensive experience in business development, project management, and entrepreneurship, Sophia has also founded Evolvemint LLC, a luxury fashion label. Sophia holds a Master's degree in International Development Policy and Applied Economics from Duke University and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Affairs and South Asian Studies from the University of Virginia.
