Andrea Schmitz

Andrea Schmitz heads the Global Chapter Tranformation and is thus responsible for the digital transformation offerings with the focus on customers, employees, operating models, strategy, and financials.

Before Andrea joined Detecon, she worked in various positions at the international IT consultancy CGI in Munich. There, as Vice President Consulting Services, she was most recently responsible for managing several teams in the area of digital transformation. The spectrum of topics she managed ranged from transformation and change programs to project and program management in the areas of IT infrastructure, agile transformation, DevOps, cloud transformation, and automation.
