Cariann C.

Cariann C. has a long and varied work experience. Cariann began their career in 2002 as an Analyst at Dean and Company. Cariann then moved on to D. E. Shaw Research where they held the roles of Director of Business Development and Business Operations and Manager of Strategic Growth from 2004 to 2013. In 2013, they founded and became the CEO of Level Health. Cariann also served as an Advisory Board Member for Venture For America and a Board Member for Apex for Youth in 2015. In 2017, they held the roles of SVP of Business and CEO at Via Japan for Via - On-Demand Transit. In 2018, they sold Level to Modern Fertility and served as an Investor and Advisor for the company until it was acquired by Ro. Cariann C. is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Detect, a position they have held since 2022.

Cariann C. attended Yale University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biophysics & Biochemistry.
