Joe Bruno

Joe Bruno has worked in the technology industry for over eight years. Theirmost recent role is as a Principal Threat Researcher at Monarx, Inc., which they have held since 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Threat Researcher and Senior UI Architect at Monarx, Inc. and as a Red Team Member at Synack Red Team, both since 2020. Joe has also held roles as a Crowdsource Researcher at Detectify, a Bug Bounty Hunter at HackerOne, Head of Security and Senior Engineer at Strala, Senior Software Engineer at Lirio, Director of Information Technology at Infusion Ministries, Software Engineer at Cadre5, Web Developer as a self-employed contractor, and Information Technology Specialist at OfficeMax.

Joe Bruno obtained their High School Diploma from Phoenix Christian Preparatory School in 2007. Joe then attended Bryan College, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in 2011. In 2018, they obtained a Certificate of Training: USM Anywhere Security Analysis (ANYSA) from AlienVault. In 2019, they earned an Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) from Offensive Security and a Unix Badge from PentesterLab.
