Boon Kuan Chua

Boon Kuan Chua has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Boon Kuan started their career at Proton in 2002, where they worked as a PMO & PQM for six years. In 2008, they joined Lotus Engineering as a Project Manager and continued in that role until February 2013. Boon Kuan then briefly worked at Detroit Electric as a Quality Manager before moving to Magna Steyr in June 2013. At Magna Steyr, they served as a Project Manager for four years until May 2017. Chua is currently working at Detroit Electric as a Program Manager since June 2017.

Boon Kuan Chua pursued their education in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in this field throughout their academic journey. Boon Kuan obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) degree from the University of Portsmouth, where they studied from 1999 to 2001. Continuing their education, they then enrolled in the University of Surrey to pursue a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, completing their studies in 2002.
