Vasu Gupta

Vasu Gupta has extensive experience in basketball operations and management, currently working in the Video Room for the Detroit Pistons since July 2021. Concurrently, Vasu serves as a Graduate Assistant for the University of Washington Men's Basketball program, facilitating day-to-day activities, tracking practice statistics, and creating scouting reports. Previous roles include serving as a Practice Player/Management for the University of Washington Basketball team from August 2016 to June 2020, where Vasu supported practice execution and scouting efforts. Vasu also gained marketing experience as an intern at Mikki, assessing company strengths and potential growth areas, and began a career in sales as a Consultant at Sports Authority, specializing in footwear and team sports merchandise. Vasu holds a Master's degree in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Washington.
