Jody Glancy

Jody Glancy is the Trustee at Detroit Symphony Orchestra. Jody has over 25 years of experience in financial management and accounting. Jody has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Michigan.

Jody started their career at Lear Corporation in 1996 as the Manager of Investor Relations. In this role, they were responsible for the production of the Annual Report, monitoring and evaluating stock price movements, and partnering with worldwide automotive divisions to construct global vehicle production forecasts. Jody was with Lear Corporation for four years before moving to BnE Services, LLC.

In 2016, Jody became the Financial Controller at ATS Advisors. In this role, they were responsible for payroll preparation, AIA invoicing, accounts payable, cash flow management, and establishing accounting procedures and processes. Jody was with ATS Advisors for one year before moving to Renaissance Financial Group in 2012.

As the Chief Operating Officer at Renaissance Financial Group, Jody was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. In 2015, they left Renaissance Financial Group to become a self-employed Political Campaign Compliance & Reporting consultant.

Jody Glancy has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in Operations Management and Supervision. They also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Writing from Hamilton College. Glancy is certified from the State of Michigan- Huron County in Notary.
