Rollie Edwards

Rollie Edwards is the Lead Patron Services Representative at the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. Rollie has over 13 years of experience in customer service and database administration. Prior to their current position, they worked at the Detroit Zoological Society for 13 years, where they were responsible for all aspects of the organization's ticketing operations. Rollie also managed the financial databases and the migration of data to NetSuite. In addition, they presented at several Galaxy User Group Meetings and was a member of the team that led the Detroit Zoo to PCI Compliance.

Rollie Edwards has a BS in Environmental Science (Biology tract) from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.

They work with Sharon Gardner Carr - Assistant Manager of Tessitura & Ticketing Operations, James Sabatella - Group & Patron Services Specialist. Their manager is Michelle Marshall, Director of Patron Sales & Service.
