Akhil Ramesh

Akhil Ramesh is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent sourcing and acquisition. Currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Talent Sourcing for Operations at Deutsche Bank, Akhil has also held significant roles such as Vice President and Human Resources Business Partner at Enfusion, as well as Vice President and India Head of Talent Acquisition at the same organization. Prior to these positions, Akhil worked as Assistant Vice President in Human Resources at Citi and Manager of Human Resources at Deutsche Bank, along with experience as Assistant Manager in Human Resources at Max Life Insurance Company Limited. Akhil Ramesh holds degrees from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management and Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.
