Dalila Dabbicco is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Global Head of HR Transformation, Operations and Talent Sourcing at Deutsche Bank, Dalila has previously held significant roles at UniCredit, including overseeing People & Culture processes and leading Human Capital service and transformation efforts.
