Miriam Heitz

Miriam Heitz is an experienced project manager and strategic initiatives leader at Deutsche Bank, currently serving as Director in the Chief Sustainability Office. With a strong background in innovation management and design thinking, previous roles include Vice President positions in Strategic Initiatives and Brand Management, as well as Assistant Vice President overseeing Open Innovation projects. Miriam's career at Deutsche Bank began as a graduate trainee, leading significant projects in customer experience and process mapping. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Miriam worked as a graphic designer at Chresto Verlag KG and served as a research assistant at the University of Bayreuth, with a focus on multi-agent systems.
