Subramanian Pn

Subramanian PN currently serves as the Head of HR Services and Operations for MENA at Deutsche Bank, a role held since August 2019, with a focus on HR services, payroll, vendor management, and regulatory reporting. Prior to this, Subramanian held various HR roles at the Commercial Bank of Dubai, including Manager of Performance Management and Rewards, and HR Project Manager, overseeing HR transformation projects. Subramanian's career also includes positions at HSBC Bank Middle East, where responsibilities ranged from Regional HR Business Risk and Control Manager to managing HR Service Delivery Projects across MENA. Subramanian began the professional journey with key roles at HSBC and TATA Share Registry Limited, demonstrating expertise in payroll processing and HR integration. Subramanian holds an MFM in Financial Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and advanced degrees in Management and Commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University and Bharat College of Commerce, respectively.
