Christoph Böhm

Christoph Böhm is currently the Chief Information Officer & COO at Deutsche Boerse AG. Prior to this, they held various positions at companies such as SAP, Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom AG, SIGNAL IDUNA Gruppe, and Deutsche Post.

Christoph Böhm has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Christoph started their career as a Project and Product Manager at Topometrix Corp. in 1995. Christoph then moved on to Deutsche Post in 1996, where they worked their way up to Senior Project Manager and Head of Software Development Center. In 1999, they left Deutsche Post to become the Chief Information Officer, General Manager at SIGNAL IDUNA Gruppe.

In 2002, Christoph Böhm joined Deutsche Telekom AG as their Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer, Chief Executive Officer. Christoph held this position for 8 years before moving on to Vodafone in 2010, where they became their Chief Information Officer. Christoph held this position for 5 years until they joined SAP as their Senior Vice President in 2015. Christoph Böhm has been with Deutsche Boerse AG since 2018.

Christoph Böhm received their Dr.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering from Gerhard-Mercator University. Christoph also holds a Dipl.-Ing. from the University of Duisburg-Essen.

Christoph Böhm reports to Theodor Weimer, Chief Executive Officer. Christoph Böhm works with and Gregor Pottmeyer - Chief Financial Officer.
