Manuel Rodríguez is an experienced international project coordinator currently working at Deutsche Sparkassenstiftung für internationale Kooperation e.V. since September 2018, where Manuel oversees the IDB-financed project "EcoMicro – Central Finance Facility" aimed at enhancing green finance for low-income households in Trinidad and Tobago. Prior roles include serving as Country Representative for Costa Rica, Deputy Director for Honduras and El Salvador, and a Consultant in Regional Coordination for Latin America and the Caribbean at KfW from October 2015 to September 2017. Manuel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University, a Master of Arts in Economic and Financial Sociology from Goethe University Frankfurt, a Diplomado in Gender and Equality Policies from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, and a Certification in Sustainable Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Manuel also completed high school at Phillips Academy.
