Nihar Mathur

Nihar Mathur has a strong background in HR and People & Culture. Nihar is currently the Head of People & Culture at Deutsche Telekom Digital Labs. Prior to that, they served as an HRBP at Colt Technology Services from 2018 to 2019. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at airtel as an HR Business Partner, where they played a key role in scaling the digital team and driving the people strategy for building a digital Airtel. Nihar also has experience as an HR Business Partner at MakeMyTrip.com, where they worked from 2013 to 2015. Their early career includes a role as an International Mobility Engagement Lead at Ericsson from 2010 to 2013.
