Kai Schatton

Kai Schatton is an experienced telecommunications executive currently serving as Vice President of Quality & Automation at Deutsche Telekom AG since January 2015. With a robust background in network planning and optimization, Kai has led automation strategies and centralized quality monitoring for European networks. Prior to this role, Kai held positions including Vice President of Service Excellence at T-Mobile Czech Republic and Vice President RAN Quality & Automation at Deutsche Telekom AG, contributing to numerous projects focused on network quality, efficiency, and optimization across various markets. Kai's career began at T-Mobile Deutschland GmbH, where responsibilities included centralized frequency planning and coordination, and also includes a role as Expert for GSM Rollout Management at Detecon International GmbH. Kai holds a Diplom Ingenieur degree in Nachrichtentechnik from RWTH Aachen University.
