Nina Schmarander

Nina Schmarander serves as Senior Vice President for Group Leadership & Executive Management at Deutsche Telekom since September 2022, following a notable tenure at Egon Zehnder as a Consultant specializing in Leadership Advisory and Executive & Board Search. Prior to these roles, Nina held the position of Vice President and Head of Specialty Films at Covestro, managing a global P/L for the Films Division, and similarly led the Specialty Films Division at Bayer MaterialScience AG for nearly a decade. Nina's earlier career included key roles such as Director for Thermoplastic Polyurethanes EMEA/LATAM, Board Assistant, and Product Manager for Eastern Europe, Africa & the Middle East.
