Rustem Zaripov

Rustem Zaripov is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as CFO and Vice President of Finance & Controlling at T-Systems CIS, a part of Deutsche Telekom Group, since February 2012. With extensive expertise in financial strategy, operations, corporate governance, risk management, and organizational transformation, Rustem has been instrumental in driving mergers and acquisitions as well as global corporate projects. Concurrently, since December 2016, Rustem holds the position of Financial Digital Officer at Deutsche Telekom, focusing on the digitalization of finance across Russian teams. Previously, Rustem served as Finance Director at SAP CIS, managing finance operations and compliance. Rustem holds multiple MBA degrees from Mannheim Business School and ESSEC Business School, as well as advanced management training from notable institutions including New York University and INSEAD, and holds a Master’s in Strategic Management from the Higher School of Economics and a Master of Engineering in Theoretical Nuclear Physics from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI.
