Director Of Children’s Residential Program at Developmental Disabilities Institute

Sue Monetta-Davis has extensive experience in the field of developmental disabilities. Sue currently serves as the Director of Children's Residential Programs at Developmental Disabilities Institute (DDI), a position they took on in October 2022. Prior to this, Sue worked at Signature Premier Properties as a licensed real estate salesperson starting in June 2018. From 2008 to the present, they held the role of Associate Director of Adult Services at Developmental Disabilities Institute, where they were responsible for writing proposals, conducting property searches, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Before joining DDI, Sue worked at QSAC as the Director of Residential Services from 2003 to 2008, and at St. Christopher-Ottlile as the Director of Residential Services from 1993 to 2002.

Sue Monetta-Davis has a Master of Science in Education (MSEd) from Hofstra University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Social Services from Adelphi University.
