Justin Hergott

Justin Hergott is a senior software engineer at Deveron. Justin has previously worked as a full stack developer at Alert Labs Inc. and as a software developer (co-op) at Brock Solutions. At Alert Labs, Justin added a feature flagging system to allow new features to be limited to specific users/properties/sensors. Justin also worked with other team members to develop best practices and proof of concepts while migrating from AngularJS to ReactJS. Justin led two substantial projects to allow users to generate Reports and a complete overhaul of Notification/Event settings to allow more granularity and customization for customers. Justin has also worked as a peer tutor at Conestoga College.

They are on a team with Michael Kalmykov - Director of UX, Yuan Liu - Senior Software Engineer, and Jordan Sinclair - Director, Data Science. Justin Hergott reports to Pranay Joshi, VP, Engineering.
