Natallia Tsmyh has extensive work experience in the fields of business development and corporate logistics. Natallia worked as a Business Development Manager at DevGAMM, where they focused on building relationships with partners and organizing promotional activities. Prior to that, they held the same position at Wargaming, where they successfully coordinated partnerships for large-scale events and managed various responsibilities such as contract management, reporting, and developing partnership strategies. Natallia also worked as a Business Development Assistant at Wargaming. Before entering the gaming industry, Natallia worked as an Administrator/Travel Manager at HEINEKEN and as a Sales Manager/Tender Manager at "RosAgroStyle" joint-stock company. Natallia started their career in the travel industry as a Specialist in Tourism at the travel agency "Driant".

Natallia Tsmyh attended Belarusian State University from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a diploma in personnel management and economics. Their field of study was human resources management.
