Anna Ovchinnikova

Anna Ovchinnikova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical writing and support management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer at Devino Telecom since May 2022, Anna previously held multiple roles at Acronis from April 2008 to July 2022, including Sr. Manager of Global Support Readiness, Support Project Manager, and Operations Analyst. Anna's technical expertise was also demonstrated as an International Support Engineer at Parallels from September 2007 to March 2008. Academically, Anna holds a Master's degree in Applied Computer Science and Economics from the National Research University of Electronic Technology (MIET), complemented by an additional diploma in Language Interpretation and Translation from the same institution, as well as studies at Université Savoie Mont Blanc.
