Kamila Dybalska

Kamila Dybalska is a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at Devire since May 2022, bringing extensive experience in IT recruitment. Previously at PwC from September 2018 to April 2022, Kamila specialized in the Financial Crime Unit, managing diverse recruitment projects, building relationships with hiring managers, and conducting candidate assessments. Prior roles include Senior Talent Sourcing Consultant and IT Recruiter at Experis Poland, as well as an HR Intern at Bayer Sp. z o.o. Kamila holds a Magister and a Licencjat in Sociology from the University of Gdansk.
