Caroline Henning

Caroline Henning has held a variety of roles in various organizations over the past eight years. In 2020, they began working at DEVNET Incorporated as an Appraisal Applications Manager, then an Analytics Services Manager, and finally a Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal Support Specialist. Prior to that, they worked at the City of St. Louis as a Government Services Analyst/Statistician and at the City Counselor's Office where they administered the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Community Development Block Grant. From 2013 to 2020, they also held roles at the State of Missouri as a Legal Assistant, the Saint Louis Science Center as a Research and Evaluation Intern, and the Missouri House of Representatives as a Legislative Intern.

Caroline Henning holds a Masters in Public Policy Administration with an emphasis in Research & Statistical Analysis from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Lindenwood University.
