At DevOcean, we're solving the remediation challenge in the cloud. DevOcean is a Cloud Remediation Management platform that uses plug and play integrations with security tools and cloud/code ecosystems, to consolidate and prioritize vulnerabilities, identifies owners and generates fixes at the root cause.
About the Position
As a strategic Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for making sure our customers are extracting the most value from the DevOcean platform. You will also act as the voice of the customer to escalate problems and to drive prioritization of business needs for our customers. Your success in this role means higher customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion of DevOcean business.

What will you do
Serve as the designated technical authority and provide expert guidance to customers
Manage the ongoing relationship with the technical stakeholders on the customer side
Design and implement cloud security solutions for customers
Advise customers on cloud security best practices and help optimize their deployments
Assist with custom integrations and provide an overview of product integration in customer's cloud environment
Ensure customers are maximizing their return on investment with the product
Regularly review adoption and usage trends and work closely with customer to address adoption blockers
Act as an advocate for your customers, providing guidance on the product roadmap and process improvements
Leverage your S=security and cloud technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong cross-functional relationships to provide a world-class experience
Qualifications
3+ years or more of experience in customer-facing technical roles
Hands-on knowledge and experience building, securing, or administering Cloud Workloads running in Amazon, Google, and/or Microsoft
Cloud security knowledge in the areas of CSPM, CWPP, CIEM, CNAPP, and/or Vulnerability Management preferred
Ability to juggle multiple accounts and activities simultaneously with attention to detail
Exceptional customer focus and bias for action, ability to translate customer business issues and goals and issues into actionable plans and solutions
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to lead and facilitate meetings and presentations, create content for documentation deliverables
Passionate about working with customers and helping them grow
Excellent English skills
