Craig Cook has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. Craig began their career in 2001 as the Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer of CC Computing Solutions Ltd, a free-lance developer company. In 2003, they joined BT as a Lead Developer/Designer in the Developer Services Organisation (DSO). Craig was then promoted to Senior Engineer/Architect, Technical Lead Developer/Designer, Developer/Technology Consultant, Lead Developer for TDA (Spring), and Lead Developer for EMP. In 2013, they moved to Osmosoft as a Web Technologies Advocate. In 2014, they returned to BT as Chief Mobility and Portals Architect and Head of Young Talent Mentoring. In 2015, they joined ING as an Agile and DevOps Consultant and Code Red as a Principal Consultant & Engineer. In 2016, they were a DevOps and Agile Specialist at HSBC. In 2017, they were a DevSecOps Consultant at Prudential UK. In 2018, they co-founded Catapult CX with Alex Fishlock and Louise Cermak, where they served as Co-Founder & Principal Engineer. In 2022, they became a DevOps Ambassador at the DevOps Institute.
Craig Cook attended Claverham Community College from 1996 to 2001. Craig then attended Bexhill College from 2001 to 2003, where they studied Maths, Physics, and Computing. Craig also obtained an Atlassian Certified in Jira Project Administration certification from Atlassian in August 2018.
