Kavya Kommareddy

Kavya Kommareddy has been working in the field of growth and strategic operations since 2021, when they joined DevRev. Prior to this, they worked at vakilsearch (vakilsearch.com) from 2014-2021 in various roles. Kavya served as the Head of Growth and Expansion, where they secured and managed several partnerships, including "Startup India", the leading Govt. of India initiative for startups. Kavya also launched several new productized legal solutions for SMEs and individuals. As Head of Legal Operations, they led the in-house team of legal consultants and set up processes for business development and fulfilment of diverse legal and compliance needs of businesses. In addition, they set up property, estate planning and other legal advisory solutions for individuals. As a Legal Associate, they collaborated on building contract automation software to help small businesses create basic contracts on their own, in seconds, and was a consultant on retainer advising businesses on entity formation, legal compliance, contracts and fundraising.

Kavya Kommareddy attended Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a B.A.LL.B (Hons.) degree in Law. In 2013, they also attended Bucerius Law School and completed the International and Comparative Business Law (International Student Programme). No additional certifications are listed.
