Sana Kousar has worked in various talent acquisition roles throughout their career. Sana started at JoulestoWatts Business Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Human Resources Intern in March 2019. In October 2019, they joined HiringHut Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist and worked in that role until October 2020.

After that, Sana moved to Ola in October 2020, where they worked as an Associate Talent Acquisition. Sana remained in this role until December 2022.

Most recently, Sana joined DevRev in January 2023 as a Senior Talent Acquisition, where they currently work.

Sana Kousar pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Chetan Business School of Research and Management from 2017 to 2019. Their field of study focused on HR and marketing.
