Halyna Zhuk is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently employed at devspiration as a Recruiter since March 2022, Halyna conducts HR interviews, participates in tech interviews, and oversees the full recruitment cycle while improving recruitment processes. Prior to this, Halyna worked at Talentbyte as a Talent Sourcer & Recruiter from December 2020 to February 2022, where responsibilities included analyzing job orders, candidate sourcing, and mentoring newcomers. Halyna's experience also includes serving as a Human Resources Specialist at MyGym Children’s Fitness, managing a HR department, and previously working as a Special Education Teacher. Halyna began a career in sales as a Consulting Manager at Tourinform and holds a Master's degree in Geography Teacher Education from National Pedagogical Dragomanov University.
