Chynara Isakeeva

Chynara Isakeeva began their work experience in 2012 as an Advertising Specialist at O! Mobile Operator. Chynara then went on to work as a Teaching Assistant at the International University of Japan in 2018. In 2021, they held multiple roles at different organizations, including being a Short Term Observer at the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, a Medical Interpreter and Waste Management Specialist at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), a Project Expert at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, and an Analyst at International Alert. Currently, they are working as a Contract Specialist at DevTech Systems, Inc.

Chynara Isakeeva began their education in 2004 at Kyrgyzskij Gosudarstvennyj Nacionalnij Universitet, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government. Chynara completed their undergraduate studies in 2009. Following this, from 2017 to 2019, they attended the International University of Japan to obtain a Master of Arts degree in Public Policy Analysis. Currently, Chynara is pursuing another Master of Arts degree in International Law and Legal Studies at the Riga Graduate School of Law, starting in 2021.
