Emmanuel Sigler

Emmanuel Sigler is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in advising and consulting for government revenue authorities and tax systems. Currently serving as a Senior IT Advisor at Nathan Associates since October 2020, Emmanuel has enhanced data exchange practices within the Uganda Revenue Authority and assessed IT systems for improvements. Concurrently, as a Senior IT Consultant at DevTech Systems, Inc., Emmanuel has worked on refining Kyrgyzstan's e-Procurement portal. Previous roles include developing technical requirements for a tax platform in Georgia while consulting for Deloitte, creating a Tax Arrears Transaction System for Liberia, and implementing various IT projects in the Middle East for firms such as Chemonics International and BearingPoint. With a career spanning over two decades, Emmanuel Sigler has been instrumental in modernizing tax administration through effective IT solutions.
