Lis Nurhayati

Lis Nurhayati has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and sectors. They have worked as an M&E Expert/Specialist at DevTech Systems, Inc. since January 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior M&E Officer at The ASEAN Secretariat from July 2021 to December 2021. They also held the position of Sr. Research and Learning Advisor at Panagora Group from October 2020 to June 2021. Lis has extensive experience in program management, having worked as a Program Specialist/Manager at Management Systems International from April 2017 to October 2020. They also have research experience, having worked as a Research Assistant at The Australian National University from June 2015 to February 2017, and as a Research and Quality Assurance staff at Aurecon from December 2012 to June 2014. Lis has been involved in knowledge management and fieldwork, working as a Knowledge Management staff at IOM - UN Migration from May 2012 to October 2012, and as a Project Coordinator and Project Officer at Save the Children US from January 2006 to January 2012. They began their career as a Field Staff at Perkumpulan Keluarga Berencana Indonesia (PKBI) from May 2001 to March 2005, where they focused on youth workforce development. Lis Nurhayati completed their Master of Environmental Management and Development degree at The Australian National University's Crawford School of Public Policy from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness from Universitas Padjadjaran, which they completed from 1999 to 2004.
