Erica Nelles

Erica Nelles has a diverse work experience in the architecture industry. Erica is currently employed at Dewberry, where they hold multiple leadership roles as Senior Principal, Director of Operations, and Director of Retail & Restaurant Architecture. Erica joined Dewberry in 2017 as an Associate Principal and has since been promoted to their current position. Prior to joining Dewberry, Erica worked at McCall Design Group as a Senior Vice President from 2013 to 2017. Before that, they were a Senior Associate at AECOM from 2005 to 2013. Erica's experience also includes teaching as an Adjunct Faculty at Florida International University from 2006 to 2008. Erica started their career as an Intern Engineer at Paul Carpenter & Associates in 2001.

Erica Nelles, AIA, LEED AP received their B.S. in Bio-Resource Engineering from Rutgers University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Erica then went on to pursue their M.Arch in Architecture at the University of Florida, completing their degree from 2001 to 2005.
