Robert Kusserow

Robert Kusserow has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Robert is currently working as the Director of Customer Success at DexCare since April 2022. From 2008, they were also a Franchise Co-Owner at Cruise Planners letsvamoose.com. Prior to that, they worked at Well Health Inc. from 2019 to 2022, where they held the positions of Senior Director Customer Success and Director Customer Success. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Senior Director Client Success, Health Systems at MDLIVE, Inc. Before that, they worked at The Walt Disney Company as Senior Sales from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they served as the Regional Vice President of Sales at maxIT Healthcare from 2011 to 2014. Robert started their career at Change Healthcare as a Senior Account Manager from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they worked at Dell, Inc. as a Sales Manager, B2B Enterprise from 2003 to 2007.

Robert Kusserow has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies. Robert obtained this degree from California State University, Northridge, where they studied from 1995 to 1998.

Later, in 2008, Robert pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Robert completed this degree at the University of Phoenix, studying there from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Robert has obtained certifications to enhance their skillset. Robert has a certification in Modern Journalism from NYU, which they obtained through Yellowbrick in 2023. Robert also holds a certification in Agile Project Management Principles from LinkedIn, which they acquired in September 2018.
