Heather Moxon

Heather Moxon is a Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Analyst at Dexis Consulting Group since January 2017. Previously worked as a Principal at Frontier Design Group in August 2016 and as a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from September 1999 to June 2016. Heather has a background in trade analysis, legislative navigation, and grant management with experience in the Department of Commerce and Jefferson Waterman International. Heather holds a MA in International Commerce & Policy from George Mason University and a BA in History with a minor in German from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
