Rafael Tejada

Rafael Tejada has worked in various finance roles throughout their career. Rafael started as an Associate in the Manufacturing Leadership Rotational Program at Merck in 1999, eventually moving on to become a Senior Analyst in Global Operational Excellence. Rafael then transitioned to Gartner, where they held the positions of Associate in the Financial Management Rotational Program and Manager in Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis. Tejada later joined Hubbell Incorporated as the Director of Corporate FP&A and Financial Systems Technology before becoming the Vice President at TerrAscend and finally Vice President of Global FP&A at DexKo Global. Throughout their career, Tejada has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and system implementations.

Rafael Tejada holds a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from the University of Michigan. Rafael also completed an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Columbia Business School and is currently enrolled in the Harvard Business Analytics Program at Harvard University, expected to graduate in 2022.
