David Ritzema is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and service delivery management. Currently, David serves as a Service Delivery Manager at Dexter since October 2022. Previously, David held multiple managerial roles at Adient from April 2016 to June 2022, including Manager of M365 Operations, where oversight of a global M365 operations team and successful contract negotiations took place. Earlier roles included managerial responsibilities in Video Collaboration and IT Operations End User Computing. David’s career began at Johnson Controls, where David created a global VIP support team and led key IT initiatives. David's early experience includes an IT Strategy role at Volkswagen AG focused on customer care and process optimization. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Oakland University in 2007.
