Mike Bubik

Mike Bubik is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in supply chain management and manufacturing. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Dexter Axle Company since March 2019, Mike oversees strategic planning and enhances operational performance through best practices in forecasting and lean manufacturing. Previously, Mike held various leadership roles at Sullair, LLC, including Vice President of Operations and Director of Sales & Operations Planning, where significant improvements were made in material planning and inventory control. Mike's career also includes a role as Director of Operations at AM General LLC, managing service parts for military and commercial vehicles, and experience at RBC Bearings as a Materials Manager and Product Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
