Harry Rackmil

Harry Rackmil has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Harry currently works at Dexterity Capital as a Software Engineer since March 2021. Before that, they worked at Cruise as a Senior Software Engineer from January 2021 to February 2021, and as a Software Engineer from March 2019 to January 2021. Prior to Cruise, they were a Software Engineer at LiveRamp from August 2015 to February 2019.

In 2014, Harry gained experience as a Data Science Intern at AirPR, where they developed models for PR spending and sales in competitive environments, created visualizations and intelligent actor simulations using javascript, d3.js, and Python, and conducted analyses using R, Python, and SQL. Harry also experimented with machine learning and Twitter sentiment analysis.

Harry's work experience began in 2012 as a Research Assistant at UC Berkeley. There, they developed theoretical economic models of irrational behavior in online markets and communicated qualitative consequences of the models. Harry also cleaned and explored messy historical business data, developed metrics, models, and visualizations for 19th-century business numeracy.

Harry Rackmil attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Statistics.
