Roshan George

VP of Engineering at Dexterity Capital

Roshan George has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Roshan is currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Dexterity Capital since July 2021. Prior to that, from August 2019 to June 2021, they worked at SafeGraph as an Entrepreneur In Residence.

Roshan's longest tenure was at LiveRamp, where they held multiple positions. Roshan started as a Software Engineer in July 2014 and transitioned to becoming a Team Lead from August 2015 to January 2017. From January 2017 to February 2018, they set up and led LiveRamp's Engineering team in London. Afterwards, they took on the role of Director of Engineering, managing the Identity Resolution team and the data science team from April 2018 to May 2019. During their tenure at LiveRamp, Roshan contributed to various projects such as improving resolution accuracy and transitioning to cloud infrastructure.

In addition, Roshan worked as a Teaching Assistant at North Carolina State University from January 2014 to May 2014. Roshan also gained internship experience at LiveRamp in June 2013, at Economic and Political Weekly from September 2008 to November 2008, and at the Centre for Studies in Ethics and Rights in August 2008.

Roshan George completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics from Madras Christian College in 2008. Roshan then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, graduating in 2011. Subsequently, they enrolled at North Carolina State University and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science in 2014.
