Wenlong Lu

Wenlong Lu is a seasoned robotics engineer currently serving as a Senior Robotics Engineer at Dexterity, Inc. since May 2023. Lu gained extensive experience as a Senior Software Engineer at X, the moonshot factory, from July 2018 to April 2023, and previously worked as a Research Scientist at Snap Inc. from March 2017 to July 2018. Educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from Stanford University, where Lu was a Research Assistant from September 2012 to February 2017, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Software Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2007 to 2011. Additional experience includes a Software Engineering Internship at Intuitive Surgical in 2016 and a Research Internship at Samsung Economics Research Institute in 2014.
