Dr Hionia Achele

Dr Hionia Achele has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. They have most recently worked at Dexus as the People & Culture Strategy, Programs and Change Lead. Prior to that, they worked at EY as a Senior Manager from 2011 until their current position. They also have experience as a Postgraduate facilitator at the University of New South Wales, an Analyst at Corporate Focus Management Consultants, and a Consultant at the Reserve Bank of Australia.

Dr Hionia Achele completed their education with a Bachelor of Psychology in Organisational Psychology from UNSW in 2007. Dr Hionia further pursued a Master of Psychology in Organisational Psychology from UNSW between 2009 and 2010. Later on, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organisational Change from UNSW, completing their studies in 2019.
