Pete Morrissey

Pete Morrissey has extensive work experience in the real estate and financial sectors. Pete currently holds the position of Head of Real Estate Securities at Dexus Asset Management since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at APN Property Group Limited, where they served as a Fund Manager starting from November 2006. Pete later became the Head of Real Estate Securities in January 2019 until February 2022. Before joining APN Property Group, Pete Morrissey worked as a Senior Analyst at Lonsec from March 2004 to October 2006.

Pete Morrissey has a Master of Finance & Management degree from FINSIA and a Master of Commerce degree in Real Estate from Lincoln University (NZ). Pete also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Real Estate from Lincoln University (NZ).
