Fatima Arlene de Guzman

Fatima Arlene de Guzman, SHRM, currently serves as the Manager of Talent and Performance at Deyaar Development PJSC, a position held since December 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Talent Management and Engagement at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts from September 2020 to November 2023, and similar positions at Dubai Retail and Dubai Asset Management from March 2020 to September 2020 and February 2015 to March 2020, respectively.
