Ashley Hughes Austin

Ashley Hughes Austin is a professional with a diverse background in talent development, diversity and inclusion, and education. Currently serving as the Talent Development and Performance Manager at DLA Piper since March 2023, Ashley previously held the position of Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Alston & Bird from November 2021 to March 2023. Ashley’s experience in education spans several roles at Paideia School from 2015 to 2021, including Assistant Director Of Admissions and Assistant Dean Of Students, as well as teaching history. Prior experience includes positions as an Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and a Summer Intern at United States Attorneys'​ Offices, alongside a role as an Account Service Representative at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. Ashley holds a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School and an A.B. from Brown University.
