Wade Domres

Wade Domres has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Wade began their career in 1998 at Electrolux Home Products, where they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer. In this role, they focused on improving labor costs and quality through capital projects and line balancing.

In 2003, Wade joined Creative Memories as a Lead Engineer. Here, they were responsible for process improvement activities, transitioning projects to manufacturing, and leading improvement teams using techniques such as 6-Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen Blitz.

From 2013 to 2014, Wade worked at Nortech Systems as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer. Here, they served as a production manager and shop floor supervisor, specializing in electro-mechanical medical devices. Wade also led continuous improvement projects, focusing on 5S, Visual Factory, and other improvement initiatives.

From 2014 to 2017, Wade was an Industrial Engineer II at Bluestem Brands, Inc., where they applied their expertise in process improvement.

Currently, Wade is the Plant Engineering Manager at DeZURIK, Inc. Wade began this role in October 2019, but there is no specified end date. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Industrial Engineer at DeZURIK from 2017 to 2019.
