Kieran Kirwan

Kieran Kirwan has extensive experience in the shipping and logistics industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at DFDS since July 2010, having previously worked as a Shipping Supervisor within the same company. Prior to that, Kieran held the position of Customer Experience / Transport Planning at DFDS from July 2006 to December 2009 and worked as a Ships Agent at Norfolkline A/S from December 2000 to July 2006. Kieran began a career in customer service as a Customer Service Executive at Ro Ro Services from March 1998 to December 2000, specifically managing passenger and freight check-ins for Stena Line. Kieran's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Institute of Technology, Carlow (2016-2017) and a Diploma in Supply Chain Management from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Dublin (2014-2016).
